| Fine Blanking Parts |

Fine Blanking is a high precision near-net process combining principles of metal stamping & cold forming. As opposed to conventional metal stamping, fine blanking incorporates the use of special triple action presses. Three concurrent forces – V-Ring force, Counter force & Cutting force – act in conjunction & extrude parts from strip to coil material.
The key to fine blanking is the triple action hydraulic press.
